A Haunted Dream

Princess Ariana woke up from a bad dream she has been dreaming of for a few days now.
It was a dream oddly real and vivid to her that she felt she was in it. So she decided to go tell her Father King Aranaus about her dream.
Ariana, the mermaid most highly admired by everyone for her rare gift of erasing evil and bad dreams seemed to somehow struggle with erasing this dream that has been bothering her.
“Father i have something i want to tell you.” She gazed at her Father worried at what he might say.
“What is it my dear?” He was busy in his room coming up with possible solutions on the extiction of dragon seahorses.
“Its an odd dream that has been happening to me for a few days. It scares me because it is so vivid and real that i have tried many times to shut it out and use my gift to destroy the dream, somehow i cannot. It keeps on coming to me strangely as if it keeps on haunting me during my sleep.
King Araneus looked alarmed upon hearing this from his own daughter

Kisai’s Return and the Magic Portal

The hard knocks on the door startled Kaillee as she was absorbed in her English Composition Essay.

“Who could it be at this hour?” She thought concerned as she found on her cellphone to be 10:00 pm. She looked out the window first, to see who it was before opening the door.
To her surprise it was Kisai, the person who used to be her friend, but two years ago she left her mysteriously without even leaving a note or calling her on the phone to say goodbye.

She opened the door, and was about to spill out all of her bottled anger at her when Kisai shushed her by putting a hand over her mouth.

“Kaillee, you have to come help me its urgent. This mission depends on your families life.” She handed Kaillee a big shiny sword. “Here hold this for me.” A black light appeared on the grass ground, so big it scared the heck out of Kaillee.

“Grab a hold of my hand tightly!” Kisai exclaimed loudly to Kaillee.

Kaillee’s eyes widened with utter disbelief as she saw that the circle on the ground grew from small to big.

Kaillee did not know if to jump, or not it all seemed so unreal; the weird clothes that Kisai was wearing, the enchanting looking sword she was holding for Kisai, and this mysterious circle she had never seen before.

The cold night air chilled her to the bones, and the wind raged madly all over her as if there was a tornado.

Kisai was offering her hand to her once more. “Come on Kai, you have to trust me. Your family is in grave danger and if you do not do something about it they will be trapped in the maze of darkness forever!” Her face of urgency and desperation brought Kaillee to believe her somehow. Without another complaint she jumped into the cold black windy circle.

“Whoa!! How in the heck did you do that? She asked surprised and doubtful, still shocked  as they both landed into another world much different to Kaillee, but familiar to Kisai.

The Forbidden Forest Part 1

Hello Everyone :-)!

How have you all been? Hope you have all been great 🙂 me I have been great as always working hard to make my dream of writing a reality. Here is a story I am working on:

“The Forbidden Forest Part 1″

Kristy was sitting on a big rock outside staring at the clear evening sky with wonder in her face. Although she was a few miles away from her house, she was not scared or worried of getting lost. She did not want to go inside the house for that meant missing the usual beauty of the blue sky turning into black darkness, and admiring the big round moon shining down on her.

The ten-year-old girl sighed with regret once more as she does every evening.

” Oh how I wish I could stay outside the whole night and explore the beauty and mystery of night.” She thought to herself as she always does when walking on her way home.

Kristy was not like other girls in the village who would rather stay inside the house and play dress-up with paper dolls, or go calling with friends to gossip about a cute boy or the latest fashion trends. Kristy would rather dance around the wide field of flowers and go exploring in the near forests for beautiful objects that mother nature has to offer. Usually her mother let her stay out in the night, but not today.

She found her mother standing by the door waiting for her.

“Oh mother, why can’t children stay outside at night today, just like in daytime?” Kristy looked at her mother with wonder in her eyes.

Her mother looked back at her daughter with patience hugging her. “Because it is not safe, many children have been lost from going in the forbidden forest.”

“Do they come back?” She asked curiously. As  they stared at the night sky from the window next to Kristy’s bed.

“I do not know honey, now go to sleep.” Her mother kisses both her cheeks tenderly and hugs her warmly.”

“Goodnight mother.”

“Goodnight my daughter.”

Kristy could not sleep for the strong desire and hunger to know what secret things happen in the forest on Halloween night haunted her ten-year-old mind.

She slowly got up from her warm cozy bed, slipped on a warm sweater and her brown boots, careful not to wake her mother she set out really quietly into the cold mysterious night.
